Paul was content to be backup goalie because he knew goalies get hurt most of the time and that he would most definetly b able to play goalie.

Paul went into the soccer game for Victor because Victor was hurt and needed to go to the hospital. When Paul was standing in front of the goal, Maya passed him the ball and he kicked it with all his might and made a goal!
